8. Data Backup & Preservation

You are responsible for ensuring the safety and preservation of your data. The App provides automatic backup functionality; however, you must regularly download and store backup files in a separate, secure location. The developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from failure to maintain adequate backups. You agree to:

Keep automatic backups enabled and properly configured
Periodically download backup files and store them offline or in a separate location
Verify that backups are complete and functional

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

No client details, project content, financial figures, personal data, file contents, or any other sensitive information is included in telemetry data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the administrator.

The App provides automatic backups to help preserve your database. It is your responsibility to regularly download these backup files and store them in a secure, separate location to ensure data safety. The developer is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, server issues, or failure to maintain backups.
